Oakleaf believe that exceptional standards of quality can only be achieved by investing in people. The company is committed to a fully trained, fully qualified work force.

As Specialist Contractors, Oakleaf continually assess the competence of their work force and support the use of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).

Oakleaf is committed to training its employees in the traditional craft of Mastic Asphalt and other flat roofing activities such as Built-Up Roofing, PVC Single Ply Roof Systems and Cladding. All operatives have passed the CSCS Health and Safety Touch Screen Test and undergone 'On Site Assessment and Training' (OSAT) to qualify for NVQ level.

As testimony to the company's dedication and commitment to its employees, an Oakleaf apprentice was awarded the Briggs Amasco Trophy for the best overall Craft Apprentice. Leading by example, Managing Director, Kelys Herbert, personally holds two National awards in Mastic Asphalt.
