EMI Building

This was the refurbishment of an inverted roof covering a total 1500m2. Existing paving slabs were removed along with insulation. Asphalt was overlaid with an elastomeric felt roofing membrane. The insulation and paving slabs were replaced prior to siting of new air-handling units, which were situated on the finished roof surface. Successfully worked to a very tight program to ensure that the deadline for the installation of the air-handling units was not delayed.
