Greatorex Street

This project involved the roofing and cladding to new Housing Association student accommodation. The work comprised of 2500m2 single membrane new roofing with tapered insulation, incorporating perimeter powder-coated flashing and capping.

Also 1000m2 of inverted roof system, incorporating insulation and paving slabs around the central light well and balconies. Simulated cladding to the shop fronts and mastic asphalt waterproofing to pavement lights.
